View Windows Size and Position

Can the window size and position of a view be set with DXL? "useWindows (ViewDef vd)" saves the current values. I want to specify the view window width and height when I create/modify the view, so I can standardize all the views in a module. Seems like I should use ViewDef or View, but I do not see how from the Ref Manual.

I was told by the IBM DOORS tech support there is no way to set windows size and position with DXL yet.
